To promote health and fitness among students, we are excited to announce a series of single-session FREE* exercise workshops for you to enjoy. All workshops will be run repeatedly once a week on a first-come-first-served basis.

Each student will be entitled ONE free session after completing the Student Wellness Self-Assessment.
More Registration information
(1) Your place will be confirmed once you completed the Student Wellness Self-Assessment
(2) All students are entitled one FREE session after completing the online Self-Assessment.
(3) If you have already participated a FREE session, you can still Walk-in our workshops by paying $200 as course fee at our reception counter.
(4) Walk-in quota is not guaranteed and would depend on registration status
