Outdoor Workout Sessions

Are you ready to go outdoors and be active with us? During the Exercise is Medicine Month we will be offering FREE outdoor workout sessions to promote physical activity on campus. 

Registration for the training sessions opens one week in advance on the Monday  at 9:00 am

In order to keep everybody safe and healthy during these times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken some extra measures for our participants, so please make sure to follow them when participating in our workout sessions:

  • Before the session, please sanitize your hands with the provided alcohol hand rub.

  • We recommend to keep your facial mask on at all times (unless you need to take a sip of water).

  • Please maintain social distance during the session, keep a distance of at least 1 metre from others.

  • If equipment is provided, please help clean the equipment after use

Bodyweight Workout

Exercise Specialist: Luther Chan

Come join our Bodyweight Workout sessions in the outdoors. Bodyweight workouts have been repeatedly shown to be effective when it comes to building strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Without the use of equipment, transitioning from one move to the next takes less time, making your workout more efficient.
