Personal Fitness Guidance

Personal fitness guidance is a 2-session 1-to-1 package including a fitness assessment and a training session under guidance of our Exercise Trainees / Personal Trainers. 

This Free trial package has limited slots (5 per week, per fitness center - FHSC, SHSC, Active) and is opened for registration on the first workday every week.
