Free Student Exercise Referral

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CSE has joined CEDARS in the “Gearing Up in times of COVID-19” campaign to promote the importance of being physically active during these times of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Student Wellness Self-Assessment was launched, aiming to identify students in need of exercise and provide free exercise follow -up to remove any exercise barriers.

Student Wellness
Self-Assessment

This student exercise referral scheme aims to increase students' awareness of personal health and encourage active healthy lifestyles through exercise incentives, personal guidance, and referral support among HKU professionals.  An online "Student Wellness self-assessment", jointly developed by CSE, UHS and CEDARS will be introduced to HKU students. Students at higher health risks will be identified and referred to corresponding professionals.

By completing this short self assessment, each student will receive a *voucher for a FREE session with the Exercise Specialists from CSE, or use it as a *$200 voucher for any CSE exercise/sports programs.
