Personal Fitness Guidance
To help students and staff start up their exercise plans, CSE Active offers a Personal Fitness Guidance programme. This programme mainly targets people who are interested in coming to the gym to exercise, but don't really know where to start or how to properly and effectively exercise, with or without equipment.
Your first step to getting physically active
The Personal Fitness Guidance programme consists of two one-hour sessions which include providing baseline measurements of participants’ current health & fitness level, identifying areas of health risks, and aids in the development of an exercise programme working towards personal health and fitness goals.
Guided by our qualified Student Trainers, participants will learn the correct and safe ways to use fitness equipment, basic concepts of physical fitness and sport, and gain a better understanding of how to optimally exercise to achieve one’s goals, thus enabling faster training progress as well as better injury prevention.

Further continuation of the personal training programme after the two sessions is optional and can be requested in consultation with our Fitness Trainers.
To schedule your Personal Fitness Guidance session, please click on the “book appointment” link below to register. Once we receive your registration we will contact you for an appointment. A service fee of HKD 360 will be charged for the two programme sessions.
Bookings of this programme are limited to once per person, however, further continuation of the personal training program after the two sessions, if needed, is optional and can be requested in consultation with our Fitness Trainers.
