 Chair Series for 40s &50s

Home Training with Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are portable, yet can be used for a variety of different workouts. Resistance band exercises help build muscular strength and endurance by targeting major muscles as well as smaller stabilizing muscles that improves muscle balance and stability. They are also useful for muscle activation and increasing your mobility and flexibility. We will introduce you to some simple banded warm-up exercises and stretches, and a full body-strengthening workout.

Exercises to Improve Posture

Having good posture helps you to develop the necessary strength, flexibility, and balance to handle different daily tasks with ease.
