Workout of the Month

The ultimate goal for Workout of the Month (WOM) is to help you get active and stay healthy. It may be difficult to create a workout plan on your own to meet your fitness goals. Turn to this monthly workout plan to gain strength, build cardio and other physical abilities. Each month’s workout will be based on a simple test you can do at home and how you can improve it.

Workout anywhere and anytime!

If you simply want to maintain an exercise regime, the WOM will take you through a variety of different options. You will not need very advanced technique or fancy equipment. With equipment readily available at home or at the gym, you can work out anytime you like. We will post a new workout every month.
